An Uplifting Project

We are thrilled to show off the photos of our completed upper floor renovation project. Wonderful clients always result in wonderful projects and this was certainly no exception!

Internally, walls were built to create elegant spaces under the existing roofline comprising a master suite with wall to wall wardrobes and an ensuite, and a second bedroom/ rumpus plus designated study area.

With carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and a light airy colour scheme, we’ve crafted a serene environment that the customers love.

Externally, remedial repairs and a good lick of paint has given this roof a fresh and vibrant look. It not only enhances the visual appeal but also acts as a protective barrier against the elements ensuring longevity and functionality for years to come. All of the rotting timber windows were replaced with aluminium and the cladding redone. These efforts significantly improved the comfort of the occupants upstairs with insulation, sisolation and polystyrene foam installed all round. The upper floor was then texture rendered to tie in with the existing floor downstairs.
