A major aspect of the work was opening up the rear façade and replacing the poorly functioning and misaligned windows and doors. The new rylock sliders, with their matching header heights are just delightful. Stepping out flush onto the deck, our quality craftsmanship is further evident in perfectly aligned screw heads, picture frame perimeter and fresh clean paintwork.

Whilst the internal works mostly focused around the remediation of changing out the windows and doors, a new flooring, plaster repairs and painting to the open plan living room has given this room space the freshly renovated feel. The home Owners are big Joncol fans and absolutely in love with their more liveable home and yard.
