After a few decent tweaks to the floorplan, the home offers everything its Owner could dream of. The open-plan design seamlessly integrates onto the alfresco area, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living with wide stack doors that invite the fresh air and natural light. A two-tone kitchen with peninsular island and walk-in pantry, ensures that everything has its place and is within easy reach.

In the main bathroom, a walk-in shower provides a luxurious experience, enhanced by feature tiling that adds a touch of character and personality. Underfoot, the terrazzo-look flooring brings a polished elegance that is both durable and stylish.
